Wow, I  have been totally out of the loop in terms of posting on this blog. Earlier today  I was brainstorming to find a way to keep a journal of my thought processes, with regard to my life, goals, career, etc. And in doing so, I remembered this blog. There are many things on my mind that I absolutely do not want to share publicly, however, I don't mind sharing some of my thoughts or reflections that possibly will bring me feedback from  people with similar feelings or situations.


For instance, this past year as been an emotionally charged one for me. A year of several losses, illness, and just downright sadness. Also a year of new beginnings, ( family additions, and new beginnings). I sometimes have a difficult time processing it all, and tend to fall into feelings of depression and withdrawal.


My recourse is to begin a journal. I plan to utilize " Silhouette Thoughts " blog to encourage and motivate me to open up more to myself more,as well as  a more personal journal to record the feelings that I am struggling with. This post is the beginning for me, and as I go on, I hope to feel brave enough to share more specific details of what I am actually struggling with.

Its a jungle out there in the media world....

With out a doubt, today, we see what yesterday's eyes could have ever imagined. Our world, compared to those living a mere 100 years ago, is like that of the Jetsons compared to the Flintstones. Its mind boggling how much media has evolved over the years. From Tv, Radio, Internet and mobile, no one should complain about not keeping in touch or up with the the latest anything for that matter.

I feel extremely motivated now that I am receiving help in areas of organization. I believe I can do this silhouette journalism I have been focusing on other projects lately so I have been absent, but all is well!.

We All Had to Start Somewere

Here I am a typical newbie, posting about a blog that was dedicated to all of us annoying, whining newbies, that just can't seem to get it together. Those of us that need to be hand held along the way, and who just can't quite seem to generate a thought on our own!
